Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order from Wood + Feather Designs, you can return it for a full refund. We will accept returns on all items. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of your original receipt and items must be in the same condition in which they were received, with the packaging intact. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non refundable. We strongly encourage utilizing a shipping method which provides a tracking number. Wood + Feather Designs is only able to credit you for the items received, we can not be held accountable for lost or stolen packages.
Please ensure your package includes the following:
- Your Full Name
- Your Shipping Address
- Your Order Number
Once returned to us, please allow 7 - 14 business days to process your refund. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification. Also, please be aware that your credit card company may take an additional 3 - 5 business days to post the credit to your account.
To cancel your order, please contact customer service within 24 hours from the time you placed your order. Orders that have already shipped can not be cancelled.
Free Ground Shipping for USA orders over $50. There is a $5.99 Flat Rate Shipping for orders being shipped in the US Under $50. If you are shipping overseas the cost will be indicated at checkout once you have entered your shipping information. International orders may be subject to additional fees, duties, and taxes upon delivery.
Because all of our pieces are handcrafted to order, items will be produced and shipped within 7 – 14 business days, Monday thru Friday.
Please indicate if your purchase is a gift. We will gladly enclose a custom gift message with any order, free of charge. All of our items are enclosed in a lovely bag that is reusable.
Purchases made from Wood + Feather Designs have a lifetime warranty. You will be responsible for shipping costs, but you can send in any one of our handmade pieces and they will be repaired at no cost to you.
